Custom Die Stampingwith 5-Stage Hand-Transfer Die for the Dental Industry

Custom Die Stamping 5-Stage Hand-TransferSpecializing in custom die stamping, Paykra Tool and Die Inc. produces this part using a 5-stage hand transfer die. We designed and built the die as well as stamp the part in 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel. The part measures 0.075" (1.9mm) thick, 8.661" (220.0mm) long, 1.969" (50.0mm) wide and 1.969" (50mm) high. We ensured we met the tight tolerances of +/- 0.004" (0.01mm) and provide the tumbling (cleaning and deburring) of the Finished tray bracket. The parts are shipped to our client in Canada within 3-4 weeks of receiving an order.
